Actor Kangana Ranaut approaches Maharashtra governor for relief

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut has been engaged in a war of words with Maharashtra’s Shiv Sena government ever since she compared the conditions in Mumbai to that of PoK. Reportedly, Kangana along with her sister Rangoli Chandel met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Sunday to talk about the “unjust treatment” she has received during the tussle.

“I told him about the unjust treatment I have received. I hope justice will be given to me so that the faith of all citizens, including young girls, is restored in the system. I am fortunate that the governor listened to me like his own daughter,” she said.

Recently Kangana’s property in Mumbai was demolished due to some alleged violations in it. However, the blow-up has currently been put on hold by the Mumbai high court due to a plea filed by Ranaut.

In response to the destruction of her property, Ranaut posted a video on social media where was quotes saying, “Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai, aaj mera ghar toota hai, kal tera ghamand tootega,” (“what do you think? That you colluded along with the film mafia, demolished my home and took revenge on me? My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow”)
