Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tests negative for COVID19.
Arvind Kejriwal had cancelled his meetings since Sunday afternoon and had undergone a test for the novel coronavirus after he developed a fever and sore throat.
COVID cases in Delhi is likely to cross the 5.5 lakh mark by the end of July, warned state deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia today. The total number of coronavirus patients in the national capital has inched towards 30,000-mark today.
Delhi’s COVID-19 count likely to reach 44,000 by the middle of this month, Sisodia told.
Delhi LG Anil Baijal overruled Kejriwal’s controversial order to reserve state-government and private hospitals for the COVID-19 treatment of residents of Delhi.
